Beneath The Sea (Trafalgar Law X Reader)

"YAY! I WIN AGAIN!" you celebrated.

"Awww come on ______ that's the 4th time you've won," Shachi complained, "I'm almost running out of money!"

"Probably because you're so terrible at this." Penguin retorted.

"Shut up, I just don't have as much luck today as I usually do."

You spread the cards across the floor as the gang sat on the deck of the ship outside, enjoying the peaceful day with a game of Blackjack.

"Hey Bepo, are you sure you don't want to play? We have room for another player." you said.
Bepo stood by watching you play and glanced at you. He shook his head politely and looked down.

"I'm sorry, I just like watching Shachi lose to a girl." he replied with a grin on his face. The three of you began to laugh as Shachi's face boiled with anger and threw the cards into the air. 



There was a curious presence on the ship, observing you with his piercing grey eyes and analyzing your movements. With both hands in his pockets, he leaned against the wall concealed in the shadows. He was hidden from the lively spirit of the crew, hidden from you. 

You noticed he was standing there for a while so you got up and waved at him from far away.
"Law come join us!" you called out.

He stepped forward from the darkness and started walking to you. Law raised his hand and lightly shook his head.

"No thanks."

"Pleeeeeeeeeeease? The game would be a lot more fun with extra people."

Bepo nudged you in the shoulder and whispered in your ear. "It's no use trying ______. He always acts this way when you hang around with us. Honestly, I think he's jealo-

"Shambles." 

There was a short moment of silence. The next thing you knew you were covered in white fur from head to toe and had enormous paws with sharp claws. You noticed you were a lot bigger than before and your nose seemed to feel different. You were in Bepo's body and he was in yours. 



"LAW!!!!!" you and Bepo shouted at the same time. 

Shachi's mood definitely changed since he collapsed on the floor from laughing so hard, Penguin's mouth was wide open, and Bepo continued to freak out. 

Law couldn't stop smiling which was something you didn't see often since he was known as a pretty serious guy. 

"You should dress like that more often ______, you look cute." he said with a smug look on his face. 
You crossed your arms and shifted your head away from him, hoping he wouldn't see you turn red. 

"OK you've had your fun now, can you please change us back now? I prefer being in my body." 

Law gave a disappointed sigh since he enjoyed the fun he was having but then agreed and switched the two of you back to normal. 

"Before I forget, ______ come with me, I want to show you something."

"Alright. You guys can continue the game without me. I'll be right back." 

They gave a thumbs up and you began following Law to the captain's quarters. 



You entered the room and began to take a look around. He closed the door behind you and started walking to a large vault door located in the corner of the room. Law opened it with ease and descended down a flight of stairs leading to a vast room with a large glass window. He turned around and held out his hand to you. 

"Watch your step."
You gracefully took his hand and made your way to the bottom of the staircase. 

"What is this place?" you asked. 

"This is usually where I go to free my thoughts and relax or finishing paperwork but enjoying the view is what I enjoy the most about coming down here. Go ahead, take a look." 

The sight was breathtaking. The massive window had a wonderful view of the ocean and all of the sea creatures lurking around. Sea turtles and tropical fish swam through the lofty seaweed and coral reef while the sun bristled on the ocean bay. You placed your hands on the glass and began watching the fish swim by. 

"It's so beautiful! I see why you like to spend your time here." 

Law placed his chin on the top of your head and laughed. 
"Since I'm a Devil Fruit User the sea is my main enemy but every time I come down here, it helps me realize the beauty in things."

You felt arms bundle around your stomach as Law lowered his head and whispered in your ear. 

"Like you." 


You turned around with your nose touching his and gazed in his eyes. He bit his lip slightly and smiled.
"Like what you see? You know, if you ever wanna come back here you're always welcome to." 

"Hmm I think I have a feeling I'll be coming here more often." you responded with a smirk. 

"Good because I don't like taking no for an answer."


Law linked his lips with yours and tightened his grip around you to embrace the kiss even further. His delicate moist lips reveled against yours and you fell back against the glass with your fingers running through his dark hair. Law's hands fondled across your back but stopped once he heard the voices of Bepo and Penguin echo above. 

"______! Captain!" Bepo called out. Law looked over his shoulder and back to you. 

"I swear they never let us have any alone time around here." he pouted. "Guess we'd better get going." 

"Yeah but only on one condition."

"Hm? What is it?" 

"You come join us and play a game of cards with us." you cheerfully grinned. 

Law dragged his hand across his face and let out a smile afterwards. "You never give up do you?"

"I guess I just don't like taking no for an answer."
